In-Home Care FAQs
General
What is Long Term Care?
Long Term care encompasses a broad spectrum of health-related services that can be provided to clients in the home setting or preferred choice of setting. There is nothing more comforting than receiving care from your loved ones in the familiarity of your home or preferred choice of setting. This is not only a more convenient method of care and recovery, but can be more cost-effective than the care received in a hospital, nursing facility, or other group care setting.

For Clients
How do I know if I qualify for services?
The easiest way to determine your status for services is by contacting us, as every case is different. For PCA services, you must qualify for Medicaid and an assessment of your needs must be conducted by a third-party health professional. For some other services (245D), you must be approved for a waiver which will then determine what services are available to you.
What if I don’t qualify for Medicaid or Waivers?
We are happy to serve clients on a private pay basis as well.
